Return Policy
1. Return Conditions
Customers of Fennivo have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason, as long as the product meets the following conditions:
- The Jumpsuit/Boilersuit is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product shows no signs of use, such as stains or scratches.
2. Return Process
To exercise your right of return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product at the following email address:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is confirmed, we will send you the necessary information for returning the product.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order. If the product is damaged or there was an error in the order, we will refund the return shipping costs.
4. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Returns are also inspected to determine whether any damage was caused by improper or negligent use. In such cases, we reserve the right to partially or fully decline the refund. The refund will generally be processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the return.
5. Exclusions from the Return Policy
The return policy does not apply to:
- Opened or used products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
- Discounted or heavily reduced items, unless expressly stated at the time of order.
6. Legal Provisions
This return policy complies with U.S. consumer protection laws and the applicable regulations of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Consumers in the U.S. have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
7. Liability and Warranty
Fennivo is not liable for damages that occur after shipping if the products have been improperly handled or used. For defective products, the statutory warranty rights of the buyer apply, which are generally guaranteed by the manufacturer or seller in the U.S.
